6.1. Regulatory Status
Stock Trading Made Easy is an educational platform that provides general educational information concerning stock investing and stock trading.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Stock Trading Made Easy does not represent that it is registered, licensed, or acting as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, or in any other regulated capacity.
Nothing on this website, within the membership, during live educational sessions, within the community, through email communications, social media, downloadable materials, or any related communication should be interpreted as representing that Stock Trading Made Easy is providing services requiring regulatory registration or licensure.
Stock Trading Made Easy does not represent that it is acting in a professional capacity that creates an investment adviser-client relationship, broker-customer relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any other regulated advisory relationship.
All services are provided solely within the scope of the educational offerings described in these Terms of Service.
If the legal or regulatory status of Stock Trading Made Easy changes in the future, this section may be updated to accurately reflect those changes.
7. No Trade Signals or Copy Trading
Stock Trading Made Easy does not operate a trade-signal, copy-trading, account-mirroring, or auto-execution service.
Nothing presented during a lesson, live session, chart example, watchlist discussion, community conversation, or demonstration should be treated as a direction to enter or exit a trade.
Members must not rely upon timing, wording, charts, demonstrations, or educational commentary as real-time trading instructions.
8. Market Examples and Hypothetical Content
Educational discussions may reference publicly traded stocks, historical price action, hypothetical securities, simulated trades, chart patterns, or general market conditions.
Such examples are used only to explain educational concepts and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
Hypothetical or simulated results have important limitations and do not represent actual trading. They may not reflect market liquidity, slippage, commissions, taxes, emotional pressure, execution delays, or other real-world conditions.
9. Risk Disclosure and No Guarantees
Investing and trading involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all invested capital.
Stock Trading Made Easy does not guarantee:
Profits
Investment returns
Income
Account growth

Financial independence
Employment or business income
Achievement of any particular result
That any educational method will remain effective
That any security or market will behave as discussed
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Examples of successful trades, account growth, student experiences, testimonials, historical results, or hypothetical outcomes should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed.
You should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

Selecting securities
Determining position size
Choosing entry and exit points

Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live

Stock Trading Made Easy may refuse or terminate access when it reasonably believes a user does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.
12. Geographic Availability and Local Laws
Stock Trading Made Easy operates online and may be accessible from multiple jurisdictions.
Availability of the website does not represent that its services are lawful, suitable, registered, or authorized in every location.
You are responsible for determining whether accessing or purchasing the services is permitted where you live.
Stock Trading Made Easy may restrict access from any jurisdiction at its discretion.
13. Account Registration and Security
You may be required to create an account to access membership content.

14. Personal, Nontransferable Access
Membership access is personal to the purchaser and may not be:
Shared with another person
Resold
Transferred
Sublicensed
Posted publicly
Used to create a competing service
Used for group viewing without written permission

16. Community Content and Member Statements
Members may share opinions, experiences, questions, or other content within community areas.
Member statements do not represent the views, advice, or recommendations of Stock Trading Made Easy.
Stock Trading Made Easy does not guarantee that member content is accurate, complete, lawful, or appropriate.
Members must independently assess all information posted by other users and must not treat another member’s statements as professional advice.
Stock Trading Made Easy may remove content or restrict users but does not undertake a duty to monitor every communication.
17. Live Sessions and Communications
Live sessions are educational group presentations.
Questions may be answered generally, but instructors will not provide individualized investment recommendations or analyze a participant’s complete personal financial circumstances.
Stock Trading Made Easy may decline to answer any question that:
Requests personalized advice
Requests a specific buy, sell, or hold recommendation
Requests a portfolio review
Concerns an excluded market or financial product
Seeks account-management or trade-execution assistance
Could exceed the platform’s stated educational scope
Live sessions may be recorded and made available to members. Participants should avoid disclosing private financial or personal information.
18. Recurring Membership and Billing Authorization
When you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided at the disclosed billing interval until cancellation.
Before purchase, the checkout page should disclose:
The membership price
The billing frequency
Whether billing renews automatically
How to cancel
When cancellation takes effect
Any material conditions affecting the offer
You are responsible for reviewing these terms before completing payment.
The FTC continues to regulate recurring and negative-option programs, and its official materials emphasize clear disclosure, informed consent, and cancellation practices. Because the regulatory status has changed over time and remains active in 2026, your checkout and cancellation process should be reviewed separately for current compliance.
19. Cancellation
Members may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method presented through their account, checkout provider, or by contacting:
contact@stocktradingmadeeasy.com
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges
Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse a charge already processed
Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period
Deleting an app, leaving a community, or ceasing to use the service does not necessarily cancel billing
Members should retain confirmation of cancellation
Stock Trading Made Easy will not intentionally require cancellation through a materially more burdensome method than enrollment.
20. Refund and Return Policy
Because membership provides immediate access to digital content, community resources, and educational services, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
No refund will ordinarily be issued for:
Failure to use the membership
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to attend live sessions
Failure to cancel before renewal
Dissatisfaction with investment or trading outcomes
Losses incurred in a brokerage account
Removal for violating these Terms
Features reasonably modified as the membership develops
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
Suspected duplicate charges or genuine billing errors should be reported promptly to:
contact@stocktradingmadeeasy.com
21. Failed Payments and Chargebacks
If a payment fails, Stock Trading Made Easy or its payment processor may:
Retry the payment
Notify the member
Suspend access
Cancel the membership
Request an updated payment method
Members should contact Stock Trading Made Easy before filing a chargeback so that legitimate billing concerns can be investigated.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of access and preservation of relevant records for response to the payment processor.
Nothing in this section limits lawful billing-dispute rights.
22. Pricing and Service Changes
Stock Trading Made Easy may change membership pricing, features, schedules, instructors, technology providers, or content.
Price changes affecting existing recurring members will be communicated and applied as required by applicable law and the applicable checkout terms.
Stock Trading Made Easy does not guarantee that any founding-member, promotional, discounted, or legacy price will remain available indefinitely unless expressly promised in writing.
23. Intellectual Property
The website and membership may contain original:
Videos
Recordings

Software
Community posts
Educational frameworks
Compilations and arrangements of content
Except for member-generated content and properly licensed third-party materials, this content is owned by or licensed to Stock Trading Made Easy and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a membership grants only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the content personally for educational purposes.
It does not transfer ownership.
24. Prohibited Copying and Distribution
Without prior written permission, members may not:
Reproduce membership materials
Screen-record or audio-record sessions
Copy substantial portions of written content
Distribute login credentials
Upload materials to another website
Sell or sublicense content

Stock Trading Made Easy may pursue available remedies for infringement or unauthorized distribution.
25. Copyright Complaints
A person who believes content on the platform infringes their copyright may contact:
contact@stocktradingmadeeasy.com
The notice should identify the work claimed to be infringed, the allegedly infringing material, the complainant’s contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the claim.
A copyright notice is generally optional for qualifying modern works, although the U.S. Copyright Office notes that using one may provide legal benefits.
26. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Stock Trading Made Easy may use or link to third-party services, including:
Website hosts
Payment processors
Video platforms
Community providers
Email providers
Social-media platforms
Analytics tools
Brokerage or market-information websites
Stock Trading Made Easy does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, policies, fees, outages, or conduct of third-party services.
A link or reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
27. Testimonials, Reviews, and Member Experiences
Testimonials and reviews reflect the experiences or opinions of the individuals providing them.
They do not guarantee that another person will receive the same or similar results.
Results vary based on numerous factors, including:
Experience
Knowledge
Capital
Risk tolerance
Market conditions
Discipline
Strategy
Execution
Fees
Taxes
Personal decisions
Stock Trading Made Easy will not knowingly present fabricated testimonials or knowingly misrepresent material results.
28. Accuracy and Availability
Stock Trading Made Easy seeks to provide useful educational information but does not warrant that all content will always be:
Accurate
Complete
Current
Error-free
Uninterrupted
Suitable for a particular purpose
Available at a specific time
Financial markets, laws, technology, and platform features can change rapidly.
Stock Trading Made Easy may correct, update, remove, or replace content without notice.
29. Suspension and Termination
Stock Trading Made Easy may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for:
Violation of these Terms
Account sharing
Copyright infringement
Harassment or community misconduct
Fraud or suspected fraud
Payment failure
Abusive chargebacks
Security threats
Unlawful activity
Attempts to obtain prohibited personalized services
Soliciting or managing member funds
Misuse of platform content
Conduct that exposes the platform or its members to legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk
Where practical, Stock Trading Made Easy may provide notice, but immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect the platform, members, or others.
Termination does not authorize continued use or distribution of membership materials.
30. Discontinuation of Services
Stock Trading Made Easy may discontinue all or part of the website or membership.
Where reasonably practical, affected prepaid members will receive notice and an appropriate remedy for unused prepaid service, if required by applicable law or expressly promised by the applicable purchase terms.
Stock Trading Made Easy is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from discontinuation.
31. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, membership, and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Stock Trading Made Easy disclaims warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Noninfringement
Accuracy
Availability
Profitability
Compatibility
Security
Error-free operation
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to every user.
32. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stock Trading Made Easy and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for:
Trading or investment losses
Lost profits
Lost opportunities
Lost data
Business interruption
Tax consequences
Brokerage fees
Market movements
Decisions based on educational content
Unauthorized account access caused by a member’s conduct
Third-party outages or misconduct
Indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Stock Trading Made Easy during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
33. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stock Trading Made Easy and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the services
Your unlawful conduct
Content you submit
Your violation of another person’s rights
Your investment or trading activity
Your statements or solicitations directed toward other members
This provision does not require indemnification where prohibited by law.
34. Privacy
Use of the website is also governed by the Stock Trading Made Easy Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should explain the categories of information collected, how information is used, payment processing, cookies, third-party services, security practices, user rights, and contact information.
Do not submit brokerage passwords, account numbers, government identification, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through community discussions or routine email.
35. Electronic Communications
By using the services, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications relating to:
Purchases
Billing
Account security
Membership changes
Legal updates
Service announcements
Customer-support requests
Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and available unsubscribe mechanisms.
Electronic notices may satisfy written-notice requirements where legally permitted.
36. Changes to These Terms
Stock Trading Made Easy may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, policies, technology, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Material changes may also be communicated by email, account notice, or another reasonable method.
Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Where affirmative consent is legally required, Stock Trading Made Easy will seek it.
37. Governing Law
This section must be finalized with an attorney.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of [INSERT APPROPRIATE STATE OR COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Because you live in Tunisia, may sell to customers in the United States, and have a U.S. federal judgment, you should not automatically choose North Carolina, Tunisia, or another jurisdiction without legal advice.
38. Dispute Resolution and Venue
This section must also be finalized with an attorney before publication.
A conservative temporary version is:
Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by sending written notice to contact@stocktradingmadeeasy.com describing the dispute and requested resolution. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any court proceeding shall be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction and proper venue.
I would not insert mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a specific courthouse until counsel confirms that it is appropriate and enforceable for your business and customers.
39. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or severed, while the remaining provisions remain in effect.
40. No Waiver
Failure by Stock Trading Made Easy to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative.
41. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your membership or rights under these Terms without written permission.
Stock Trading Made Easy may assign these Terms as part of a lawful reorganization, sale, transfer, or succession of the business, subject to applicable law.
42. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, and any additional written terms presented at purchase, constitute the agreement governing use of the services.
If there is a conflict, the more specific purchase term will control the specific transaction unless prohibited by law.
43. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms, billing, cancellation, or the services may be sent to:
